Where do you ship?

We ship to anywhere in the world! Most bouquets take up to 3 weeks to ship and up to 5 weeks during our busiest seasons. If this is a rush order, please indicate in the customer comments when you order and we will ship it as early as possible to meet your deadlines. The bouquets are custom made when you place the order. Our secured shopping cart system currently serves customers in Canada and the United States. For international orders, please order via email.

Are the silk flowers from craft stores?

Our silk flowers are not from local craft stores or dollar stores. We only use the highest quality flowers from reputable suppliers.

Do you sell flowers by stem?

We sell some flowers by the stem. If you are interested, please contact us for more information.

Do you send samples of the flowers I am interested in ordering?

If you would like to see the quality of our flowers before you order, pay for our flat shipping rates and we will send them to you immediately. Please contact us for further information.

Do you offer consultations and price quotations?

We offer free consultations and price quotations prior to you placing the order. We recommend that you place your order minimum 10 - 15 weeks prior your wedding to allow us to put your order together and make any minor adjustments if needed. It will also allows us time to send you photos and samples. Samples are shipped out immediately, unless the flowers are not in stock at the suppliers in which case we will advise you of any necessary substitutions.

How much are shipping costs?

Shipping costs are based on the weight,size and destination of the package. 7% GST and 7.5% PST will be applied to orders shipped to British Columbia. 7% GST will be applied to orders for the rest of Canada and no sales taxes will be applied to orders shipped to the US.

How do I know when my order is shipped?

You should be expected to receive a shipping confirmation email immediately after your package has been shipped.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards through Paypal, money orders, and cheques in Canadian and US funds. If you are sending money orders and cheques, you must email us and we will contact you for more information. Cheques will be subject to a waiting period for clearance. Payment in full is required (product, shipping costs & applicable taxes) at the time of order. Once the payment is received, your order will be designed and shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed within 24 hours and cancellations will be subject to a restocking fee. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us by email. If your order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return and shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

There are no returns and refunds without prior approval from Lovici.com. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us right away to discuss your concerns. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and custom packages are nonrefundable. Any standard items on our site altered in any way are considered "custom". Any standard item on the website may be returned with approval and a restocking fee will be deducted. Your return must be sent to us in it's original packaging via US Airmail writing on the box "return to vendor" and arrive in good condition. You will prepay the shipping. Do not use any couriers such as UPS or FedEx. We reserve the right to refuse any returns not sent back to us within 3 days of purchase.
